1 Cooked and Chopped Organic Spicy Pork Sausage
1 tbsp The Taste of Cheo EVOO or Baking Spray
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
The Taste of Cheo Pink Salt and Organic Black Pepper to taste
1. Pre-heat oven 350’F and spread or spray oil onto the mid-size muffin tin.
2. Chop up the cooked sausage and place evenly on the bottom of the muffin cup.
3. Beat the eggs, add the cheese and season to taste.
4. Pour equal amounts into the muffin cups.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or till done. Let set in oven for extra 5 minutes with over turned off.
6. Then ready to enjoy.
