Yield: 2 servings
1 cup Almond Flour
2 tbsp Natural Heavy Cream
Pinch of The Taste of Cheo Pink Salt, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Nutmeg
1 tsp of The Taste of Cheo EVOO
1. Pre-heat a skillet to medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
3. Add the oil in mid to hot skillet.
4. Spoon half the batter in the skillet till browned on one side. Then flip and cook on opposite side till firm center.
repeat same steps for the remaining batter.
5. Serve immediately with Maple syrup on the side.
